This comment is what I saw after asking a question about an iPhone's OS (iOS).
Not only does Tom's Hardware have a section dedicated to mobile devices, and more specifically, Android, but modern cell phones are computers too.
Why are Android and other mobile devices allowed for questioning, but iPhones aren't?
Just want to better understand the rules, because the rules aren't making sense.
