Cell phone related questions not allowed, but are allowed...

This comment is what I saw after asking a question about an iPhone's OS (iOS).

Not only does Tom's Hardware have a section dedicated to mobile devices, and more specifically, Android, but modern cell phones are computers too.
Why are Android and other mobile devices allowed for questioning, but iPhones aren't?

Just want to better understand the rules, because the rules aren't making sense.

All cell phone questions(not just iphone) get deleted and refered to Tom's guide. The Android and chrome os section is for tablets and other non cellphone devices running those operating systems.
