cell phone problem, my cell phone WONT CHARGE and last worked at 1%, and no outlet will charge it. US Cellular TRIED AND couldnt and tried for 3 hours, and how do I get my pics not saved on the memory card back? what can be done to turn it on as nothing can charge it.
