Cfgboot command help

Was running a partitioned drive with XP pro on one and Win 7 on the other. Wanted rid of Win 7, formatted and removed partition. Used fixboot to remove the choice of xp/Win 7 but in the process inadvertently added two extra choices using bootcfg /rebuild etc. I can see how to add choices, but not how to remove them! Help welcome...

Whilst trying to find how to edit boot.ini I discovered bootcfg /delete /ID # where # is the ID number of the unwanted entry. I'd been using the cmd prompt in XP setup and this was not listed under 'Help' Thanks for the push in the direction anyway!
