I have a dell optiplex 745 and I wan know if I can change my cpu 3.4 for other more eficient if you have for my pc.

Depending on what CPU you have there are plenty of options for the socket type 775(what will fit into your Motherboard)...
I need to know...
What do you already have for a CPU(model please?)
And if you feel comfortable with working in your BIOS...
