Some good, some bad...
TP Foe and TP Friend get an End reduction, which is nice but not a big
deal. Better is that TP Foe is less likely to aggro foes around the target
one, whether you miss or not. Noticed that right off in a tough Paragon
Protector mission.
Noticed a change to Rage, too, and the text is right on: It only eats 25%
of your End now when it drops, instead of 99%, but it leaves you attackless
and slightly defense debuffed for 10 seconds. It always had an Acc bonus,
which is now noted.
Kind of a pain, in that I was always ready for the End wipeout with a quick
Consume, retrigger Rage, and back to attacking. The lesser End drop is
nice, but it can be a PITA to have no attack powers for ten seconds...
