Question Changing from r5 5600g to r7 5700x3d not booting

Mobo : msi b450m a pro ii
Gpu : rx 5500xt
Ram : 2x16gb t force 3200 ddr4
Psu : 650w
Storage : mp33 pro 1tb

i just bought r7 5700x3d to upgrade my current system's cpu from r5 5600g but before that i researched about it if my current system or other components will support it but when i intalled it doesn't boot , just beeping (1long 2short) I've done reseated everything gpu, ram , my bios is also updated to the latest stable ,pls help

What BIOS version were you on prior to the processor swap? Just an FYI, I wish you swapped the motherboard as well. That board has a lackluster VRM design, let alone any form of cooling atop those VRM's...to me even though the processor is shown to be supported;

by the motherboard, I'd have looked a better quality motherboard to pair with the 5700X3D.

600W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the make and model of the unit and it's age?

Mobo bios version is 7C52vA3
Now im currently updating to 7C52AMS.A42 beta
Psu is inplay gs650ultra - 80plus bronze 1yr old

Im also planning to buy new motherboard (msi amd mag b550m mortar max wifi to match the cpu but I'm in a tight budget that's why I'm upgrading one at a time
