Changing storage order on startup (2 drives with windows)

Hello,
I have a computer that started up on the Win 10 SSD drive. I added an HDD with Win 10 too, and now this became the start up drive. How do I go back to the SSD?
I tried the boot menu (Gigabyte Z170M-D3H MOBO), but it shows only the HDD as a valid option.

Does the computer see both drives in the BIOS? Does it not give the option to set the SSD as the highest priority? If you disconnect the HDD, does the SSD reappear in the boot menu?

Thanks. after you asked that, I reconnected all the drive, and then the SSD appeared in the boot menu. Now it's working.
