Hi everyone,
I recently installed a SSD in a Sony Vaio Fit 15E, but when I went to change the boot order for the drives, the name or letter of the drives were not stated, it only gave me the different (bays?) e.g. internal hard drive, external hard drive and optical bay.
I've replaced the SSD with the regular hard drive and moved the regular hard drive to the optical bay with a caddy, but it still seems to load from the regular hard drive.
My thought was that because I haven't removed the OS from the original drive, maybe it is still loading from that. I've made a backup of everything just in case something goes wrong, so I am willing to try and format the original drive. I have also cloned the OS successfully on the SSD just in case someone was wandering.
Any help would be much appreciated.
