Question Buying a laptop with an RTX 4070 GPU - MSI Katana or HP Victus ?

I am looking for a laptop with RTX 4070, and I found the following two:

• MSI Katana B13VGK (i7-13700H/16GB RAM/1TB SSD/GeForce RTX 4070 8GB/W11 HOME), price 1500 Euros
• HP Victus 16-s0009nv (Ryzen 7 7840HS/16GB RAM/512GB SSD/RTX 4070 8GB/W11 HOME), price 1300 Euros

I would like to ask, is the MSI Katana worth the extra 200 Euros?
Do you have any other suggestion for a gaming laptop with RTX 4070?

I'd get the MSI unit, since you get more storage out of the box while the Victus does have an ever so slightly larger panel to view off of even though they are both 144Hz and 1920x1080p in resolution and IPS.

I would choose the HP. The AMD chip in it is a bit faster, and better on power efficiency.
