Hello,
I would like to change a laptop HDD to Nvme SSD
Laptop: HP Probook 650 g2
Motherboard HP 80FD
It has an M.2 slot under the HDD as you can see here

The motherboard obviously has an M.2 SSD slot:
Also the page of the laptop says that it's able to get the laptop with nvme ssd: here
As ive seen it is PCIe 3.0 so I ive found a pretty cost effective older type of Nvme SSD what is available at a local store it is:
https://www.adata.com/us/consumer/solid-state-drives-LEGEND-710
One question: Do HP sell notebooks where the M.2 slot is somehow disabled through hardware or software? Anyone have experience with it?
