Chassis Fans Not Spinning

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro

Fans are plugged in where they should be (to my knowledge).
Aftermarket CPU fan turns on and runs flawlessly. Went into my ASUS UEIF BIOS and checked out the fan setting. Found that Cha1 and Cha2 are showing up as "N/A" while the CPU fan is showing a smooth 600 rpm. Went into advanced settings to check some stuff out. Switched the Chassis fans to manual and set them to DC (since they are both 3 pin). I don't know what else to really do. I would appreciate some help.

Exactly where is each of your fans plugged in?According to your post, they are not on mobo fan headers. If they are, exactly WHICH headers? Are they plugged into any other place, too?

Thank you for the heads up. It slipped my mind that the headers on the motherboard, even though they are 4 pin, will accept 3 pin fans.

Hi my Cha Fan have the same problem and i don't know what should i do because sometimes work with actual "profile" and others times like now don't spin and say N/A in BIOS
