Question chassis speaker header connection

I don't have audio on my new build. I need some advice on chassis speaker connection.

What are your system spec's: motherboard, processor, gpu, psu.

Which audio are you lacking? the HD stereo audio for listening to music etc.? or the PC Speaker for hearing beep codes after POST (Power On Self Test)?

ASRock fm2a68m-dg3+ board, amd a6 7400k apu, evc3a 500b psu. I have no sound at all. Note: I don't know what to connect for the chassis speaker header.

page 16 at bottom, how to connect HD Audio connector from chassis to motherboard

page 18 at top how to connect the 'chassis speaker', which you have to provide if one didn't come with your case, and you can find one at sources in Calvin7's post.
