Hello,im not an expert on hardware so i need some answer for my
budget build.
I have 2 options first a friend is giving me a Gigabyte windforce gtx 760 for 80 euros and the second is to buy a new gtx 1050ti,price in my country ~ 190 euros.
I use a corsair vs450 psu(on 12V it gives 34A),i dont know if i get the 960 im gonna need a new psu or no.
whats your advice on what card to choose thinking about keeping the best performance/price ratio?is something else you suggest?ty in advance

Honestly, I would go with the 1050 Ti if your budget allows you too. The GTX 960 is good, but the 1050 Ti will allow to play modern games with low-medium settings. You may want to consider a new PSU down the line.

760 or 960? 2gb or 4gb? Either way the 1050Ti is better.

I would get an RX 460. It is better in DX12, so it will be even better optimized in the future, and it is cheaper than the 960. I have a 960 myself, and it does okay. It's not an amazing card, but it gets the job done. The 760 is too old (2 generations old). The RX 460 is also specifically optimized for eSports and some other lower GPU intensive games.

I've seen benchmarks, like Battlefield 1, that show the 760 as having performance similar to a 950, which is more than a 460. The two drawbacks are the 760 has 2gb vram and the 1050 ti has 4gb, and the 760 is old tech. If you want low price and don't mind budget level performance in games, then the 760 is not so bad. If your priority is to be able to play the latest games at high settings, then the 1050 Ti is what you want. You'll want the extra memory in that case.

I agree with your statement. The 760 isn't real bad, but it is getting outdated. I would recommend an RX 480 over the 1050ti, as it is better in DX12 titles. The RX 480 averages 30-40 FPS more that the 1060 in BF1.
