Cheap but decent CPU Cooler

So, i need a cooler, suitable for average overclocking (i'm not an expert so i won't be going pushing too far), less than 40$ (preferably less than 30$, but only if it's any good).

You aren't going to be ocing a 1700x more than a couple hundred mhz if even. Which can be done on the stock cooler without any issues normally. Ryzen chips are not good oclockers and even max oc'd ones usually only get a 10% performance boost max and this is with good samples.

If you do want a cooler the hyper 212 or cryorig h7 will more than do the job.

If you have high thermals the cryorig h7 is better than the hyper 212.

The 1700X doesn't come with a stock cooler last I checked.

Cryorig H7 should be fine.
