We cant pull blood from a stone. I recommend the PS11B-Q, BadActor recommends the 200r.

The rest are cheap junk but can do the job with adapters that will cost $, probably for a total amount more than what the PS11b-Q or 200R costs. or with velco or duct tape.

We've tried. Really we've tried. $5 above budget. cmon man, work with us $5...
This one is one of my favorites. It's really good quality for the money and looks good too, IMO.

Silverstone PS11B-Q. Its $50
2x 2.5 bay
will fit a 980ti if you wanted it.
sound dampening on panels.
wide for better cable management.

Its only $5 more than your budget of $45. its the case i recommend for budget builds. As youve seen, theres a whole bunch of crap. Its the price of a burger more. For the price you cant do better.
