Maybe cheap.. but how long before they actually start to rub off. These
cheap stickers are well know for that.

Also.. your FCP stickers are limited. FCP uses the entire top row keys
F1 though F12 for things, plus the arrow keys too.. which it looks like
you have no stickers on these.

How many hours does it take to properly place these little stickers?

You must not know Final Cut Pro then.. The top keys are rutinly used for
all sorts of things including common things like Insert and Overwrite.
