Cheap Quad Core i5 with No Display

Welp... I've done it again i had acquired another Cheap Thrift Store Computer that has no display regardless of what basic no boot/no display tricks that are out there but none worked....

Specs:

CPU: i5 2300 2.8GHz w/ 3.1GHz Turbo (If Overclocked)
RAM: 0GB (Runs DDR3)
HDD: 0GB
OS: N/A
GPU: 8600 GT

What should I do? I've changed out the PSU, the one that came with it was Defunct, swapped out RAM from Slot 1 to Slot 2, Changed Display inputs changed Video Cards.... Nothing

Tried it without the graphics card using onboard video only? Does it power up and spin the CPU fan at all? does it have a speaker connected to the motherboard and does it beep?

The parts that fail the most commonly are motherboards, PSU, Graphics cards.
The RAM seems to last pretty well and unless mistreated CPUs have an excellent life span.

Reminds me, I have a CPU to sell
