Msi Z68A-G43 (G3) http://www.msi.com/product/mb/Z68A-G43--G3-.html

which one is better? build quality etc, the Msi is slightly more expensive but has gen 3 pcie, which i dont know if it is better for a gtx 560ti, and which one is easier to overclock? not very important for me but i would like to try it at some point

System:2500k and asus Gtx 560ti, antec tp new 650w, ripjaw X 1600 8g.fractal design define r3

ps, antec tp new 650 will fit define r3 right?

pci-e 3.0 is useless right now. no video cards support pci-e 3.0 nor do any processors that are available. since you need all 3 things (card, port and processor) to be pci-e 3.0 for it to work. its just a gimmick right now.
in a month or two that will change. ivy bridge (next gen Intel processors) and the radeon 7k series will support pci-e 3.0. but despite all this pci-e 3.0 is still not needed. we don't have cards that use up the full bandwidth of pci-e 2.0, or even close.

as for the boards the msi is a touch misleading it advertises that it has the "OC 2 genie button" but that board infact does not.
i perfer asus bios personally but it doesnt really matter.
if you want to use crossfire or sli neither board are any good as they both provide only 4 lanes on the second slot.
