Cheapest 670 with a decent cooler

What about cooling, same temps and noise performance?

Does the better chip just let it OC further?

Yeah let's it OC further same cooling also the top is dual slot card

Not sure what you mean by dual slot? I hear the TOP version is just cards with cherry picked chips for better OCing? I don't really no what binned means so sorry.

They both have a cooler that sticks out a bit (2.5), or just one? If the two are identical aside from the TOP being cherry picked I think I'll defiantly be getting the standard one. Really appreciate the buying advice.
