I am looking for the Cheapest AM5 motherboard that can run AMD 9950X without any issues (no overclocking planned) ... any thoughtful ideas?

What is the lowest mosfet needed for the 16 cores CPU to run in turbo mode without any issues? . no manual overclocking is planned.

I dont care about any extra features , like PCIe Gen 5 slots , or i/o .

Cheap/budget is a relative term. Where are you located, what is your preferred site for purchase and what is your budget? You should also mention the make and model of your case so we don't have any clearance issues.
