intel core i3 2105(intel hd graphics 3000)
500W psu
8gb ram
gigabyte motherboard

i want to record pubg mobile emulator with atleast 50-60fps
what will be the cheapest graphic card for me

budget(Maximum 30$ = 2000RS)
i am ready to buy second hand gpu

If your emulator supports GPU hardware acceleration it would probably be Open GL and AMD would be your best bet. I ont know if you will find anything that fits your needs for $30/2000Rs but check your local shops and see what they have for sale (used).
