Check Balance Question

I tried to make an order at Cable Connections about a month ago or so. After one day, I cancelled the order. However, the company actually billed me for that cancelled order. I tried to email them about few weeks ago but they never reply. Can anybody please tell me what to do to get my money back? Thank you!

It varies greatly on how you paid.
