I am building a computer for the first time and want to check for compatibility (Or if I'm missing or should change anything)

Get rid of the Samsung HDD. Their SSDs are the best, but their spinning drives really suck, and fail often. Get a Western Digital, SeaGate, or HGST (Hitachi). Everything else looks good!

one suggestion i would go with a closed loop water cooler for your CPU

AIO water cooling is louder and MUCH more expensive ($50 for the cheapest kit, $80 to reach 212 evo performance). Just stick with air.
