I plan on building a PC in late June, I have come up with a pretty solid build. I wanna take any recommendations. This is a pretty heavy based aesthetics build on white with black accents. I wanna use this PC for gaming, YouTube content creation, and maybe some streaming. I hope the 1060 will supply 1080p high/max settings at a solid frame rate. I also plan to paint some pieces like the GPU white so it'll match. Here it is...

Good build but PSU is junk , you want a GS , G2 or G3 from EVGA.

Added a great SEASONIC power supply and a better cooler.

I believe that this is a much better solution for your requirements. While almost identical to gaming performance, for streaming purposes and video creation Ryzen CPU will give you better performance plus they come with their Wraith cooler meaning you don't need to spend extra money on an aftermarket one.

Also I strongly suggest at least 16GB of RAM these days especially for your tasks. Ryzen benefit from high frequency modules so these kit will give you the best performance possible.

Additionally , you didn't include any SSD on your build so I added the most reliable one from Samsung.

Finally I choose, a quality PSU from Seasonic along with a great case from Corsair

I'm not going AMD.
