For $1K I think I'd scrap that whole build and here's why:

Hitachi hard drives have horrendous reliability issues - go with something from Seagate or Western Digital instead (Samsung HDs are manufactured by Seagate).

The Radeon 7950 is a good card but you can get the 660TI for $50 less and it includes Borderlands 2.

That power supply is an excellent choice but it's way overkill for a single card configuration - you could drop that to a 650W and still come out ahead.

Most Kingston RAM is rated at 1.65V, you'll need to make sure you get the 1.5V.
