What is the temperature of the CPU and GPU while this happens?
You can use a tool like HWMonitor to check the temps when you're playing the game.

What you could do if the temps are high, is:
  • Adjust fan curves to a more aggressive setting (see how).
  • Check if all fans are working, and if your case has good airflow.

The item getting too hot that causes re-starts may not be the graphics card. CPU temperature could do that, OR the chips in the mobo's Voltage Regulator section. How is the general air flow though your case for cooling the MOTHERBOARD?

between motherboard and pch show 20 Fahrenheit difference.mobo 93 pch 120 if i start gaming it restarts .i have to keep holding temperature pch 105 at max otherwise its just restarts

.now temperatures rise immediately i hook up big fan blowing air in a back of motherboard(back is open)
it shows pch 120 f while gaming .motherboard 93 f. thank you for reading
I can't see front panel in that photo. Is it mesh or closed?

Rear fan is in wrong orientation. Flip it to opposite.
Currently is is fighting fan on cpu cooler.

If front panel is mesh, then
top fan is not necessary. Relocate it to front position as intake.

If front is closed, then
frontal fans have no function.
Then move frontal fan to top and orient top fans as intake.
Currently top fan is in exhaust orientation.
