"Check Signal Cables" (No video feed) on monitor after hooking up newly built PC

I just built my first PC yesterday for gaming everything seems to work (lights, fans) but I can't seem to get anything to display on my monitor i just get a "Check Signal Cable" message. I hooked up my old PC and the monitor seems to be fine so Im sure its a PC issue. I have also researched various methods to troubleshoot this issue to no avail this is my last resort.

Soooo i went to try and hook up back up my old PC again and the same thing is happening this might be a monitor issue im so confused right now since my old pc worked fine last time I tried.

Update: Got the my old pc workign again that was odd

I messed with the RAM on the old PC to try and recreate the current situation on the new build and it worked I was able to resolve it but it does not seem the source of the problem on the new build is the RAM since ive reseated it multiple times already with no results.

in regard to the previous post I believe the RAM came loose when i moved the tower of the old build which resulted in the tests above.
