I just downloaded CBL today and was playing around with the differenrt
options and some how I set the speed for piece movements to very rapid. Now
I can't figure out to change it back to a slower speed. Pretty dumb I know,
but I've looked and don't recall were the setting is to change it back to a
slower speed.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks

It has been a long time, and don't know the specific answer to your
question. But seem to recall that it's necessary to hold down the shift,
ctrl, or alt key while pressing other keys, or some such trick to get all of
the options.

At ther top:

Status/Options/Animation. What is that set at? If at, e.g. 19, try setting that
to 8 and see if that helps.
No problem is so formidable that you can't just walk away from it.

Thanks, but that wasn't it. It is set at 8. The item that I changed to
make the pieces move so fast was sliding bar, which I can no longer find.

Load a game and click at the "monitor"-icon at the bottom for automatic
replay. The speed slidebar appears, but wanish again after the replay...
I hope you can catch it!

Locate your CBLIGHT folder, open the cblight.ini file, and edit the
ReplaySpeed. 0 is zero delay.
