Choice between 2 PC's

Hello folks,

I just wonder what build would be better to get, they cost roughly the same, but I dunno which one is better...
I'm a heavy gamer, playing games maxed out if possible, ranging from RPG's to FPS

So the first build would be like:
intel Core i7-4790
16GB DDR3 1600 MHz
1000GB SATA III
Geforce GTX 750 TI
ASUS H81M-K
600 W PSU

-Comes down to about 750 Euro

And the second one:
FX-6300
MSI 970 Gaming
8GB DDR3 PC2133 G.Skill Ripjaws
1000GB SATA3
2GB Nvidia GTX960 MSI Gaming TwinFrozr V
530 W 12cm FAN Silent Thermaltake 80+

-Comes down to about 720 Euro

I fried my last PC with overclocking, burnt my fingers and not planing to OC in the near future.
Used some 212 EVO cooler, the vent stopped, everything fried, both the MB (Z77) and CPU (i5 3470k)
Also never used an AMD based CPU, I usually stick with Intel due to its better quality and lower power consumption.

Also got an SSD 128 gb disk from previous PC and all the other components like dvd-rw, PC case etc

P.S.
Im interested in Real time/real world comparisons, and gameplay FPS, got nothing from benchmarks as they all show unimportant values or are based on shjite. Wonder which build would be better for gaming 😀

Mix both. Fx 6300 is best for gaming
16gb ddr3 would be useless. So 8gb is better
1tb sata 3
Msi 970 gaming
2gb nvidia
600w

Problem is they all come as a package, cannot change or mix the components 🙁
