Choosing gpu over integrated graphics card

Hey tomshardware. I recently changed motherboards and got a MAXIMUS VIII HERO. I connected my 2x GTX780tis to the motherboard, the GPU's are connected by a SLI band. I can't get them to be prioritized over the integrated graphics card. The top GPU is connected to my monitor with a DisplayPort. I can't open Nvidia control panel. Thanks for your help.

Is there a bios option for prioritization of the GPU?

There is an option of primary display, I tried choosing PEG and PCIE and booting afterwards but both didn't work.

On my previous motherboard, the location of the GPUs were different. Like the top one was on the bottom and vice versa. Could this have any effect?

Looks like the motherboard I switched was next generation so the GPU drivers got wonky. Fixed it by clean reinstall on the drivers.
