I have decided to get an Intel Core i7-14700 CPU for my new build. However, I'm not sure which type of cooler to choose. I live in a pretty hot weather, with usual normal temperatures rising up to 40 degree celsius. Most people suggest that I should use an AIO liquid cooler, but I'm worried about the cooler leaking liquid into my PC components and damaging everything.

Is there an air cooler that meets the requirements to cool the CPU in my weather? Or would you still recommend an AIO liquid cooler? Links to products of your choice would be appreciated.

Where are you located, what is your preferred site for purchase and what is your budget for a cooler? Given how cases and rams can and will impeded the choice of cooler, you should mention the make and model of your case as well as the ram kit you wish to work with. Yes, we'll need to know all that otherwise we'll be going back and forth on suggestions if you don't have access to them like other folks on other parts of the world.

I want to clarify one thing: I will not be buying the components online. The reason I asked for links is to get a basic overview of the components that people might recommend me.
My budget is not fixed, but I am willing for anything in the range of $80-$200.
Cases and RAMs, hmm, I haven't selected one yet. I might get a Corsair RAM kit, and any case that works. Not too worried about the case.
And, I live in Bangladesh.
