Chrome Opens Multiple Tabs

Hello council of wise ones!

I am having a problem with Chrome. Anytime I open it up it opens up google (default tab)... but it also opens up yahoo, amazon smart search, search conduit, and yahoo search. I have checked the extensions, and there's nothing. I've checked uninstall a program, nothing out of the ordinary (that I know of), and I've scanned my anti virus and my anti malware and still nothing. What can I do to get these tabs off of my browser?

Conduit is adware. Uninstall it if its in programs and features. Uninstall search protect too if its there

Run adwcleaner click on scan wait then click on clean close browsers then reboot

I would avoid chrome its like a malware magnet!

Under the settings of chrome, there is a setting for "on startup" - you probably have it set to "open a specific page or set of pages". There is a "set pages" next to that entry that will allow you to change which pages are opened.

click on the three bars in the top right below the close button, select settings, under "on startup" you will see the option to go to specific page or set of pages unclick this.
