Chromebook gaming stream/VPN

is there a way to stream games from my pc to my chromebook? I have nvidia gtx 980 and want to stream steam games do I use vpn virtual desktop or what software how do I set it up thanks. I have toshiba chromebook 2 4 gb ram

There is RDP client for Chromebook (I am using this one). How it will perform in games, I don't know (I suppose, poor). You will need also at least Windows Professional on your desktop, and that expensive GPU will be wasted.
