[SOLVED] Chromium browser issue Your connection isn't private.

about 6 months ago or so i started receiving the error on all of my chromium browsers on my windows 10 desktop stating "NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED" "Your connection isn't private" on every single website i visit.
No other desktop or laptop or tablet or phone has this sort of issue in my home.
I have done a clean offline install of windows. checked time and date synchronicity. replaced my network card. factory reset my gateway. cleared my SSL certificates. I am unsure what else to do. I am worried it is hardware related.
Firefox works without issue.

uninstall Chrome and clean the registry and reinstall

I tried that right now. Didn’t work. This is ridiculous. I’ve tried everything.

interesting, did you install a VPN or firewall six months back? also does this happen in Incognito?

I don’t believe so. But If I did how would I check? I did a clean install of windows, so shouldn’t that remove it?

ok then you probably didn't - I meant like a hardware solution maybe a new router with it's own VPN setup. A clean install would cover software on your PC but if you had specific setting on the router - those would not change
