Can anyone tell me if Cingular has started calling any of the shots at AWS
yet regarding policys/proceedures/employees? I am referring to confirmed
instances, not "it seems as if" type stuff.

Since it is not a merger, it is a buyout, I think that should be obvious.
Cingular and AT&T aren't merging. Cingular bought AT&T wireless.
