Hey all,

I recently got a new PC that was a prebuilt and the PC is running well except they have obviously cheaped out on the motherboard and fans. It unfortunately came with RGB fans which now have an issue of changing colours or stopping spinning. The issue seems to be intermittent and support said it may be RF interference to the fan hub controller. The case is a CiT Raider (https://www.amazon.co.uk/CiT-Raider-Gaming-Case-Mid-Tower/dp/B07G4GRTQ4) and the fans are also CiT Halo Dual (https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/13026210622?iid=202535377755)

I also have an Asus Prime H310-R R2.0 motherboard.

I am looking to replace the fans but I do not know a huge amount about PC builds. I see that the motherboard only has one header for chassis fans (4 pin) so I am assuming I'll need to get a fan hub that connects to the PSU.

I am just not too sure what fans I should get or what fan hub? I saw the corsair LL120 120 mm Dual Light Loop RGB LED PWM Fan as these would have a fan controller and connect via SATA to the PSU (I think) but then I read that they may have issues with the ASUS motherboard.

Ideally I just want to replace the fans (not bothered if they are RGB or not) so I don't have this problem but not too sure where to start and what fans / hubs would be compatible with this setup.

Specs of Build:

CPU: Intel i5-9400F
Motherboard: Asus Prime H310-R R2.0
Ram: 16GB DDR4
SSD/HDD: Seagate 240gb SSD / Western Digital 1TB
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 OC 6gb DDR6
PSU: CiT 600W Bronze Rated 80+
Chassis: CiT Raider RGB
Fans: Game Max Raider Dual-Ring 16 LED 120mm Rainbow RGB Fan 5pin (4x) with Fan Hub (also Game Max I assume)
OS: Windows 10 Home - 64 Bit.

Thanks!
