Cleaning computer and installing ram, now it won't boot.

Okay, so I was cleaning my brother's computer, and I installed some new RAM, and when i finished, i plugged it back in and turned it on. Lights came on, fans turned on, but the video output didn't work. Nor did my USB mouse turn on. The Power Button on the case doesn't work to turn it off, does to power on though. However, the DVD Drive does work.
Specs: (note: brothers computer so I'm not 100% on these, just using what i can see.)
Motherboard: ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen 3
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 6790
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4gig

Are you getting 3 rapid beeps? I'd imagine you didn't stick the ram in hard enough. Make them snap!

No prob! It's a fairly common mistake with ram. People tend to be gentle with electronics.
