So I had a command prompt step-to-step guide on how to clean the drive, format it, and assign the drive a letter to get it prepared for a bootable OS flash drive.
Here are my steps
All I did was clean my old laptop hard drive (to be used as a backup for my SSD in my laptop), and now it doesn't get recognized.
Also, do I need to format my old hard drive to ntfs or fat32 in order to set up the backup for my dual boot Ubuntu/Windows 10 SSD?
Here's what I tried doing.
*Disk 2 is the drive I'm trying to fix*
