Cleaning WD drive of my data.

Hello,Hi, I have a Western Digital 'My Book' 160GB hard drive that has done my auto backups. I now need more GB's on new drive. So, how can I ensure this is clean of my data before I pass/sell it on? Thanks x

Run a program like Killdisk a couple of times.

Thank you for replying. I presume I can specify my (E drive.. (wouldn't like to kill anything else.. eek!) And when I hand the 'My Book' over, they will be able to use it for their back-ups etc?
