You can download Macrium Reflect Free on a PC running windows 7 or newer, then create a rescue media. This can then be put on a CD/DVD/Thumb drive. You can then boot from that. Just make sure that you get the x86 version as i doubt the x64 version will work when you make the recovery media. Just make sure you use another USB drive at least the size of all the data. Select the internal drive and make an image. Just note it make quite a while to boot depending on the CPU/RAM of that guy.
The other option is if you have a IDE to USB adapter as I am sure it is an IDE drive for something that old, you can connect it, and then user the Macrium Software to IMAGE the drive. That would be the best route, but again only if you have the right stuff and if you can remove the drive.
