I am using Windows 10.
And I just received November Update yesterday.
My new Samsung 250 GB SSD is on the way , and I don't want to install a fresh install.
With my 1Mbps (128KBps) internet it will take more than a day to complete.
My HDD is 500 GB , but C drive is only 50 GB.
I want to close only the C drive into SSD and make it a 200GB+ partiton (or less but more than 50 GB).
I will be using HDD for media storage and SDD for OS and Apps

Solution
Yes, a clean install is always the preferred method.
But any of the current cloning tools will let you do just that one partition.
Samsung Data Migration, Casper, Easus Todo, Macrium Reflect, Acronis Trueimage.

Since you're getting a Samsung drive, the Samsung Data Migration will work just fine.
I dont have much experience with this, but I guess you have to clone the whole hard drive

One thing you can do is to clone the entire drive on the SSD and delete the drive you dont need and extend the partition with the OS to the full drive.

I think that would work

Really ? So if I fresh install it , I will get better performance from it... ?

How can I copy only one partition .. ? which software should I use ?
