Question CM H500 recommendations on top fan?

I'm looking to add a single extra case fan to the top rear of the CoolerMaster H500 but not sure which to choose. The case currently supports 120mm, 140mm and 200mm top fans and comes with 2x200mm front fans and 1x120mm rear fan.

If anyone has any recommendations on fan size and model to keep good air flow and case pressure I'd be grateful.

Appreciate the response. Would a 200mm fan need to be central mounted in the H500? Would I not be better with a 140mm rear mounted fan? I have this image in my mind of air being pulled up before it has chance to reach the back of the case.
