Can cmd commands damage PC hardware? How safe is it? are wrong commands risky?

I am not doing anything. can it only damage the hardware? Wrong commands I am wondering.

Does "damage" include data loss??? It is definitely possible to format disks or wipe the partitions with a command line.
If you include powershell in the "CMD" then there is more you can do. Generally, IMO, you can't damage hardware.
