[SOLVED] CMD window pops up at random ?

PC was recently infected with a virus and since then a command window pops up randomly at startup. Ran malware bytes all cleaned but still getting the pop up. I have uploaded the cmd window image below:

Something is running a script but from what I can tell, the 2nd command is missing parameters.

Malwarebytes isn't exactly an anti virus, I would run something like Bitdefender free - https://www.bitdefender.com.au/solutions/free.html as its got a better hit rate.

Really, with a virus you should have done a clean install as its clear something is still around.
