Thanks for the review! I could totally imagine this but would want to source the chocolate locally. (Europe) Solid specs and maybe a forming mold for the 'cores' or a connection to a tempering bath would make this product much more viable. Real chocolate is must be properly tempered so it does not turn grey quickly. Dumping in a bunch of additional fat can alleviate the tempering issue but makes the flavor ... meh.
I'm sure this is the crux with this kind of product: tastes good / looks good. 🤔
