Question Coil whine or bad cap? Need replacing? Video attached.

Just recently started noticing what sounds like a bird chirping coming from my psu, it happens every 15 seconds or so. I'm not super tech savvy and have no idea what this could be. Any and all help is appreciated guys! Thank you! Clip of the sound

Clip: I could not hear any chrip sound at all.

System: Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: Make, model, wattage, age, condition.

There's no sound. But 'bird chirping' coming from electronics is usually a coil whine, it's harmless. What PSU this is ?

You have to turn the sound on, it doesn't automatically play with sound for some reason and its quite faint, might have to turn the sound up loud. The PSU is the Corsair CV650 .

Yeah, coil whine with CV isn't too surprising. Disadvantage of using a cheaper topology.
