will cooler master hyper 212 plus in GA X58A UD7 with 6 GB of G SKILL PI RAM WILL FIT

IF IT WILL FIT HOW TO KNOW IT IS THERE ANY WAY

i mean to say that will this cpu cooler block the first ram slot or the height of this ram may obstruct when in future i installed the ram in first slot .

Which Gskill module is it, exactly? It won't be any trouble if it's the standard module. But if it's the Ripjaws or the even more insane Trident with a huge overhead cooler, then you have a problem
