I have a TV hooked up to my computer via HDMI, and I'm using it as my monitor. The TV is this TV:

(VIZIO 32" LED LCD 120Hz)
The TV is connected to my EVGA GTX 680 2GB.
A few months ago, when I would view a full-screen video at 1080p, then the my TV would momentarily go black, then flash back on with the colors all horribly distorted, most noticeably the flesh tones would be a single peach-colored blob and all the colors look shifted. I was able to make the colors normal again by turning my TV off and on, or switching it from Game Mode (on/off).
However, this has now begun to happen when I'm scrolling down my Facebook news feed, and it seems that it's something with Adobe Flash Player in addition to the full-screen 1080p videos.
I have updated my GPU drivers, and I have ensured that my TV has the latest firmware (?) to the best of my knowledge. Does anyone know what is causing this problem?
