linkSome ways to fix this:
- Change your encoder to something else, like NVENC if using an NVIDIA graphics card
- Lower your scaled resolution and frame rate to 1280x720 and 30fps or 60fps. Frame rate will eat up your CPU like crazy, so only use 60 if your PC can handle it. 720p is also easier for streaming so you can put it there instead.
- Change your sampling type. Bilinear, bicubic, or lanczos.
- Set your encoder to favor performance. This appears differently on PCs, so set your quality preset to either "veryfast" or "More Performance". Adjust however necessary.
- Lower your game graphics settings. A clear example of this would be Fortnite's (yes...) shadows and effects. I can't stream smoothly with shadows or effects enabled, so I turned them off and it works fine. Also check out anti-aliasing settings and texture quality.
