Colors?

im just wondering, whats the difference in colors when you look at any motherboard/pci card/computer hardware
is it a simple thing like paint in a house, where the manufacturer gets to make it the color they wants has long has its plausible, does it change the way the material is made or manufactured?

i now most pple today say its for looks, but is there anything the governmental is hiding from use? 😉

just decoration... There may be a minor heat disipation difference in the colors of the PCB, but not appreciable.
